Small, well established company is looking for an Admin Assistant for 20-30 hours. Candidate must have excellent office skills, computer proficiency, and a friendly, positive attitude.

The position may develop and change over time but will include the following:

  • General office tasks
  • Keeping documentation in order
  • Tracking all aspects of client projects from start to finish
  • Client liaison
  • Assisting with billing
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Preparing/reformatting documents for visually impaired accountant
  • Support backup to staff accountants
  • Setting up spreadsheets, running tabulations, using basic formulas

Skills required:

  • Computer proficiency, particularly MS Office
  • Detail oriented and well organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Facility with numbers
  • Ability to think and work analytically
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Terrific attitude with friendly demeanor and natural customer-service orientation
  • Outstanding work ethic with a high degree of honesty and integrity
