Mid-town Toronto magazine is seeking an Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Managing company schedule including booking meetings & calls as well as making reservations and travel arrangements when necessary.

Taking meeting notes and minutes for company executives.

Keeping important information organized and confidential as well as ensuring that departments are on track to meeting their deadlines.

Providing administration support as the need arises.


previous experience working in an office environment preferred
must have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to multi-task
must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications
must be a self-starter who works well independently as well as with a team
must have a professional demeanour along with an exceptional work ethic
must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
must have the ability to manage peak volumes, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
must flexible and versatile in order to adapt to various situations and workloads
must be legally entitled to work in Canada

This is a role that requires someone who is dynamic and dependable with a positive attitude.
