Good place to work. Employees treated well. Social activities abundant. Salary level average. New management is breathing new life into this company.

old school values. Senior management scares and harasses employees. Doesn't allow employees to grow with the company. expected to keep head down and take the abuse.

Team Lead / Project Analyst (Former Employee) –  Woodbridge, ON16 May 2016
People is what makes this place great.
There are, however, certain departments that are just miserable.
Overall, this has been the best experience so far in the workforce.

More like a collection of small companies under one big roof
Order Desk Specialist (Current Employee) –  Vaughan20 May 2015
Pro's:

- Good work/life balance (8:30am-5pm). Rarely have to stay late and if you do, overtime pay is provided
- Many nice ppl who work at the Company, including the owners
- Steady work ( decent job security )
- Easy work (sometimes a Con). A place where you can take your hour lunch and 15 breaks on a daily basis
- Laid back/casual attitude and dress code.

Con's:

- Zero chance for advancement (and they tend to advance the wrong ppl). No internal postings or HR department, which is shocking for a company of this size
- Repetitive work. Not what you would call exciting
- Managers who are under-qualified and do very little to impress unless you are friends or family (nepotism is a HUGE problem)
- Little incentive for you to work hard. Employees are given the same/small cost of living increase, regardless of performance.

Manulife Call Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON13 April 2015
Work/life balance is great, never required to stay after 5 but there are zero chances of advancement. The stress level of the job is pretty low, benefits are not great, average.
Pros
no stress, no need to work really hard
Cons
management is not very skilled, no chances of advancement.

On-Site Service Representative (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON10 October 2012
Overall a very good company to gain high experience as an on-site technician. I enjoyed being a part of a friendly team and learned excellent customer service skills. Management was fair and co-workers were very nice. The hardest part of this role was handling projects and 4 hour deskside tickets along with imac tickets (new laptop/desktop/printer installs. The most enjoyable part of this role was performing onsite work face to face with clients.
