Michaels’ Customer Experience Manager is enthusiastic and passionate about Creativity, People and Arts and Crafts. The Customer Experience Manager focuses primarily on the areas of customer engagement including the sales floor and Front End and is responsible for ensuring that an exceptional level of customer service is experienced by each customer. The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for Front End Management, New Hire On-Boarding and Training, Product Knowledge Training, Store Events and serves as a Manager on Duty (MOD) when needed.
