The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the overall management of the store under the direction of the Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager executes company policies, procedures and programs required to manage a Michaels’ store and maintain sales and profit.

Assistant Manager Experience in a Big Box retailer or in a national retailer in a specialty store formats, minimum 1-year retail management experience. Must demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills. Must be able to communicate in a professional manner with sales associates, store management and district management. Must be able to work an open shift with hour’s dependant on workload and seasonal changes.
