Store Management

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Manager, the assistant manager helps build a strong team by focusing on sales targets and outstanding customer service in order to maximize store potential and surpass the expectations of our customers and meet store sales budgets.

Main accountabilities:

· Consistently apply the customer service selling techniques;
· Ensure continuity of the customer service program within the store by coaching and training all employees;
· Support/coach employees on achieving personal sales;
· Provide timely performance feedback and coaching with employees using the tools available in the tool kit;
· Ensure that stock is on the sales floor on a timely manner;
· Ensure that stock room is clean and orderly;
· Make certain that markdowns, transfers, store maintenance and others relevant duties are executed as per company standards.

Job requirements:

Proven sales experience;
Experience as a retail store assistant or in a similar position is mandatory;
Excellent knowledge of the Retail Industry;
Computer skills;
Management experience;
Excellent communication skills and ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships;
Capacity to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment;
Strong leadership to inspire the team;
Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities;
Strong customer focus approach and mindset;
Passionate, positive attitude, and dynamic;
Love of fashion and trends;
