We are a dynamic company experiencing rapid growth and we’re looking to add account managers to our team who are proactive, energetic and with extensive knowledge in the computer software/hardware industry. The right individuals will participate in the day-to-day responsibilities associated with selling, including but not limited to prospecting, qualifying, presenting, quoting, follow-up, negotiating, closing, etc.
Outbound calls - Must be at ease with making cold calls.
Research and sourcing of products
Ensure accurate delivery of orders
Negotiation process with clients and suppliers
Provide outstanding customer service
Upsell when opportunity arises
Coordinate and implement an effective marketing campaign (send pricelists and promos…etc)
Track sales and report daily activities to management
Use and develop sales tools to insure constant revenue growth
Remain current in software and hardware trends
Develop strong customer relationships
Work with partners and team to scope and manage the product life cycle
Attend Workshops, seminars, webinars
Computer hardware, software / IT sales experience is an asset
1+ years of sales experience selling over the phone
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Pleasant and confident phone voice
Experience using MS Office, Excel, email
Good organizational skills
Strong ability to multi-task and set priorities
Able to use critical thinking skills in a variety of situations
Technically familiar with computer / IT products and solutions or related technologies.
Bilingual Candidates are highly desirable
