Cons: the lack of support and guidence
Selling print advertising programs. Calling on existing business and cold calling new business to build lasting relationships. Helping local business to create advertising campaigns that would build awareness in the community.
The management is not really present very little help.
The co workers are wonderful! Fun and energetic.
Print advertising is – more... a very challenging sale.
Most enjoyable part of the job is creating the relationships with business owners and working with them to create effective ads. – less

Team Lead (Former Employee), San Antonio, TXApril 15, 2013
Lead a team of 10 employees to perform and produce sales. Learned to give feed back that brought about change in a positive manner. Having to write a person up for failure to follow procedures was the hardest part of the job but necessary... Passing out quality assurance awards and incentives to employees i enjoyed.

Good customer service and a smile is the key!
Promoter (Former Employee), Brooklyn, NYMarch 29, 2013
Giving out the paper to clients and making sure that they walk away with a smile! I learned that women on this type of job gets no slack and that it isn't always easy. Management was as professional as can be expected, as well as my co-workers. The hardets part was carrying the papers in the morning to my spot, but I did it! The most enjoyable part – more... was interacting with the people and knowing that you helped to make their day more pleasant! – less
