FIRST: your identify a starting design:
One of Metric Homes many plans,
A plan that you have identified from a book, the internet, etc.,
A plan that you prepared yourself in the form of a rough draft,
A description of what you want to achieve and we'll take care of the rest
SECOND: you provide us with your list of modifications, wants, wishes, specifications, maybes, vision and Pierre, Michel or Stephan will design your New Custom Home. You will meet with them as often as required in order to provide your input and comments allowing them to complete that custom design to your exact specifications. In that process they will learn about you, your family and your needs and aspirations and will provide you with 30 years of design experience advice and suggestions and will ensure that you are not forgetting some design features. THIRD: The Metric's team will produce the AutoCAD brochure, working drawings and all other plans and information required for building permit application
FOURTH: You will have design consultants assigned to you in order to guide and advise you in all selections, including kitchen design, flooring selections, wall colors, plumbing fixtures, exterior finishes and colours.
