The ideal candidate will provide assistance with a variety of administrative tasks, with the opportunity to grow within the organization.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Superior organizational and communication skills
- Professional, proactive and well-organized to provide for the efficient execution of processes and responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Sensitive to company confidential information
- Ability to learn and implement new skills, working efficiently and independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, while meeting multiple deadlines
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of the construction industry, terminology and processes would be an asset
- 5 years of relevant experience in an administrative role is required
- Certificate or diploma in office administration would be an asset
