I loved working at Mercedes-Benz, it was a very positive environment with a lot of encouragement and opportunity. I learned a lot at this company and I recommend anyone to experience this amazing place in their career.
Receptionist (Former Employee) – Oakville, ON – 27 September 2017
Private location.....cheap principle. typical day of work great balance between fun and workload. learned a lot about the dealership and brand. Wonderful brand. management was unorganized and had conflicts with other levels of management in other departments.
Productive and fun, ping pong table, relaxation area
Bilingual Account Manager (Former Employee) – Mississauga, ON – 19 September 2017
Company has a great overall culture for the employees, a typical day at work consists on making and receiving lots of calls dealing with arising issues. management is not great. every week there is huddles to update and talk about up coming initiatives. Overall I enjoyed my work and didn't care too much about work politics.
Car Sales Consultant (Current Employee) – Maple, ON – 12 September 2017
excellent place to work at and the people are nice. Good benefit, the hardest part of the job is at the end of the month, you have to wait till something 12 am to make sure all the inventory are accounted for.
long hours at the end of the month but it is expected
I am productive and fast enough to handle all the clients needs.
Receptionist (Former Employee) – Montréal-Ouest, – 24 June 2017
I love people and I enjoy helping people with what ever problems they have. I have a good sense on how they are feeling when they walk through the door. I am very patient and a good listener and always smile. My clients love to come and see me because i make them feel important. I am use to working long hours on my feet, and I enjoy being around people all the time, this makes me happy. I can work under pressure it doesn't bother me. It's part of the job, you need lots of patience. I can do it and would love to work for Mercedes Benz. Chantal lefebvre.
I always have good ideas that come up in my mind for the company.
Fun place to work for but only for few months and not for long term employment
Lot Attendant (Former Employee) – Burlington, ON – 16 June 2017
It is like most private dealerships, there is constantly new people coming in and getting fired. Average stay there is about one year. Only few top people make money and rest are closer to minimum wage. It would have been great to work for unionized place.

Excellent, fun and professional workplace, great opportunity to get into the automotive business. Everyone is very welcoming and kind. Managers and owners are very family based and reasonable. Many opportunities to grow. I learned many things about the automotive business and how operations work.
