Workshop Controller (Current Employee), Birmingham, ENG – March 25, 2014
Pros: staff engagement
Cons: slow process
Busy day to day schedule, slow work process that hinders part of the role. Management are less productive as needed but competent in their jobs. Very much a team atmosphere that most business would benefit from. Staff integrate well between all departments and though sometimes lacking in the goal make up for in determination.
Less-responsible Management Team, Less work recognition
Management Trainee - Corporate Communication (Former Employee), Bangalore, KA – January 31, 2014
Pros: good salary, free transportation, free food.
Cons: no work-recognition, hard to balance work-personal life, lots of professional politics.
The management team, especially those who report directly to the MD/CEO & the respective HODs are less interested in retaining talent. Work recognition is very hard to achieve, work - pressure is definitely there in any profession but for the employees of this particular organization even if you perform to the occasion you do not receive a pat on your – more... back or a statement like "good job", which lowers the morale of the employee. – less
Sales Consultant (Former Employee), Jacksonville, FL – January 29, 2014
Pros: cars cars and cars and if you love to drive.....cars
Cons: frank cuteri
HR should do what they say when someone complains . If you love cars you will enjoy that part of the job. You will drive some of the most expensive cars in the world but when it come to helping the customer they are just as bad as skunk
Receptionist, Client Relations (Former Employee), Fredericksburg, VA – October 28, 2013
Pros: great hours and pay!
Cons: management issues
I worked at Mercedes Benz for over 2 years. I started out as a Receptionist/ Secretary for the company. I also did a little bit of Cashier work when the cashier was not available. I learned alot and also had alot to offer the company as a hard worker. I got along with all management and clients. After about 6-8 months working, I got transferred to working – more... full time as a Service department scheduler. I would schedule all appointments for Mercedes Benz clients but as well as Volvo and Toyota. The owner owned several dealerships in the Fredericksburg and Stafford area as well as a dealership in Florida. The company held alot of fun parties for employees as well as customers too. – less
