Less-responsible Management Team, Less work recognition

The management team, especially those who report directly to the MD/CEO & the respective HODs are less interested in retaining talent. Work recognition is very hard to achieve, work - pressure is definitely there in any profession but for the employees of this particular organization even if you perform to the occasion you do not receive a pat on your back or a statement like "good job", which lowers the morale of the employee.
Good salary, Free Transportation, Free Food.
No work-recognition, hard to balance work-personal life, lots of professional politics.
