Although the MHCC spends a lot of time talking about mental health in the workplace, the number of staff who took stress leave during my time there was shocking. From inefficiency of managers to disengaged, jet-setting executives, the MHCC is in dire need of a complete overhaul.
Location is convenient. Interesting field of work.

Great employee benefits and professional development. Staff are very supportive of each other. Although the different programs work very independently of each other, they often cross paths and contribute information for the larger cause of Mental Health.
