I learned that time frame is important for opening and getting the station set up on time. Also making sure the food quality is up to standard in relation to freshness and shelf life of all food items. As far as the co workers, we work closely as a team and meeting the ticket times and the presentation of all food before serving. The hardest part of the job is to multi task including food prep and dishwashing. The most enjoyable part of the job is the satisfaction of getting all my goals accomplished.
