As a Store Manager for Meineke, you will…
Promote the integrity of the Meineke name by complying to the principles of the Uniform Inspection and Communication Standards with consistent excellence
Ensure the quality of workmanship on all installations and services
Treat the customer and their vehicle in a professional and respectful manger
Develop a strong team by recruiting, training and retaining high caliber employees
Help establish goals for each employee to full use their skills and abilities
Develop a plan to maximize retail sales and build the business
Ensure that inventory is effective managed by maintaining proper assortment and quantity of inventory
Enforce safety rules and procedures to ensure centre is safe for the well-being of its employees and customers
Previous sales experience in a retail setting to maximize sales and build the business
Ability to manage business and employees effectively
Automotive experience is considered an asset
Strong customer service skills with a positive demeanour and personality
Comfortable working under pressure with set targets and goals
Ability to multitask efficiently
