Product Performance Specialist (Former Employee), FridleyApril 15, 2014
Very competitive environment.

I worked in a group of over 40 people in training and watched nearly half of them go within 6 months.

It was tough to make a name for yourself when everyone in your group keeps disappearing.

Tech Support Specialist/Helpline Representative (Former Employee), San Antonio, TXApril 15, 2014
Pros: alot of fun!
Cons: one small mistake like not saying a last name twice on the call would set you back.
alot of fun. work was hard at first but got easier and alot of room for advancement with pay bumps along the way. always keeping busy and it was 24 hr call center so working was flexible with schedule. everyone very friendly and always willing to help. alot of events. co workers sometimes took advantage of supervisors and didnt work. everyone was great – more... until it got busy and seemed no one knew what to do. Seemed all coworkers were only working there to find a husband or wife. Set very high standards for call quality that were very specific. – less

SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Former Employee), Memphis, TNApril 4, 2014
Pros: great place to work
Cons: not always knowning when i'd get off
Typical work days were very simple and easy going. I am a easy going person that doesn't really complain or have work related problems so its usually not hard for me to work anywhere. I learned how to perform with a team and individually. I get along well with most people and never had a problem with anyone.

Warehouse-Support Production and Logistics,Supply Chain
Warehouse/Shipper, Receiver Clerk ll (Current Employee), Danvers, MAMarch 26, 2014
Pros: health benefits, 401 k, vacation, sick time, stock options etcs.annual percentive bonus.
Cons: pay scale is way under for job descriptions for medical device co.'s
Support Production throughout the day. D.O.T. License for delivery
throughtout the day. Multi-tasking. Prioritize. Custumer Service is number 1. Working with Incoming Inspection, Buyers, Planners, Engineering, Working with Department Leads for Prodcution.

Sap ,Excel, Mircosoft Word, Saba, Agile.

Working with team members of the Warehouse Team. Working – more... together to keep the work flow moving. Communication is constant with co-workers and all essential personnel.

The hardest part of the job is making sure there is no down time with production. Lifting and pulling material from 50 lbs. to 1000 lbs.
Using material handling equipment. Example: hand jacks, two wheelers, Electic Walkie hand jacks, Electric Power Jack, Wave Lifts, Electric Crown Lift Reach truck.

The most enjoyable part of the job is to see the accomplishments
and to know we are contributing to improving lives for patients with Cardio-Vascular ailments. – less

The company is not well diversified. There is too much emphasis on cookie cutter characteristics.

Financial System Analyst (Current Employee), Memphis, TNMarch 5, 2014
Pros: flexibility and insurance
Cons: overworked at times
Very busy on daily basis and sometimes carry over into late nights and weekends.
I learned to to focus more on the details
My co-workers are great to work with.
The hardest part of my job is auditing behind co-workers to understand what they did wrong.
The most enjoyable is working with other departments.

I loved my time there
Architectural Modeler/Drafter (Contract) (Former Employee), Danvers, MAFebruary 28, 2014
The people working there were great and it was a very nice environment. Wonderful organization allowing things to run smoothly. Cross functional teams were easy to assemble and work with when problem solving was needed.

I would definitely recommend it and would love to have the chance to work there again in any capacity.

Employees make the job
Technical Service (Former Employee), Mounds View, MNFebruary 25, 2014
Pros: teleworking, benefits, stock options
Cons: upper management does not have a clue what people below them do.
Co workers all come together for the common goal. Work/life balance is excellent with teleworking options in some positions. The hardest part of the job is that the company keeps asking for suggestions on how to make your job/workload better but never does anything about it, just continues to lay off staff and add to the existing employees workload. – more... There is no job security with reductions in force happening every year for the past 4 years. – less

Horrible Managment, not able to grow in this company
Accounting (Former Employee), Northride, CaFebruary 22, 2014
Pros: love the mission of the company and helping others.
Cons: managment's culture
Not a fun place to work, no job security, managment does not treat everyone the same. Not a safe place to complain to the managment they will not listen to you if you go to HR person he or she will not listen to you. Managment's, HR, and Supervisor's are too close to each other if you are part of the group you are not welcome. if you leave the company – more... and want to come back you are not able too. Managment's HR and some of the supervisor's created a social life outside the business that the rest of the staff are not included – less
