Our firm specializes in the sale of medical devices and accessories over the phone and via the web. We are seeking a Sales Manager to manage the call center and all aspects of the sales cycle. Job Requirements:

  • As required, handle incoming calls and make outgoing calls to prospective and existing customers, helping patients determine what products will serve them best
  • Provide instruction to patients and/or caregivers on the proper use of equipment and/or respiratory care procedures
  • Responsible for routine patient follow-up based on individual patient needs
  • Prepare and maintain a record for each patient containing all pertinent information, care plans, physician prescriptions and follow-up documentation
  • Develop & maintain a thorough knowledge of all government, non-profit and third party funding programs for respiratory products
  • Participate in ongoing education and training sessions regarding patient care
  • May assist walk-in patients with the selection of equipment, supplies and services
  • Comply with and adhere to all regulatory compliance areas, “best practices”, policies and procedures
  • Responsible for hiring, coaching, performance appraisal and disciplining of subordinate staff
  • Supervise the activities of subordinate staff. Provide direction and guidance in work assignments, and ensure the timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Perform other related duties as directed by supervisor
  • Create and present a yearly marketing plan

  • Provide exceptional service through multi-tasking and exceptional phone etiquette
  • Demonstrate hard work and follow-through while maintaining a focus on community and teamwork
  • Reliable, organized, honest, ambitious and a self-starter who shines under pressure
  • An insatiable appetite for growth and rewarding work
  • Previous medical, pharmaceutical, CPAP, oxygen or other sales experience is considered an asset
