Patient Support (Lead Coordinator)

Medical Records – North York

Terms of Employment: Full Time, Day (8:30am - 5pm) [Flexibility to work extra hours if needed]

Salary: $13 - $15.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week

Location: North York, Ontario (Near Downsview station)

Experience: (Must have) 1 Year+ experience in an Office position and/or Call Centre.

Job Description: Our growing medical records management company seeks a skilled individual who can assist our call centre in the Patient Support Lead role. You will also help patients understand the importance of maintaining their medical records for themselves and their new doctors. You must be well-spoken, computer literate, able to think on your feet, a team player and enjoy helping others.
