We are seeking a motivated individual looking to work in a team environment focused on building a business that offers customers a high level of service and a commitment to a quality product.

Position: Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:

1. Complete and submit all government reminiscences including: WSIB, HST, EHT, T5’s
2. Complete weekly payroll
3. Input payable invoices
4. Generate sales invoices
5. Monthly Bank Reconciliations
6. Year End Tax preparation
7. Quarterly commission reports
8. Collections

Computer Skills:
1. Excel
2. Word
3. QuickBooks- Minimum of 5 years experience
4. Outlook

Personal Skills:
1. Well organized
2. Able to multi-task
3. Detail orientated
4. Works well under stress
5. Positive attitude
6. Strong verbal and written skills
7. Understanding of the full cycle of accounting
8. A minimum of 10 years of work experience
