A large, well established, Kitchener client is looking to hire a full time, permanent Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate for this position MUST be English/French bilingual.
Principal responsibilities include the following:
- Takes responsibility for all incoming technical calls and provides post-sales support pertaining to installation, assembling, operation and servicing of client's products
- Provide pricing and availability when required and enter orders in the business system to satisfy customer requirements.
- Approve warranty claims, process reports and corresponds with customers regarding claim issues when required.
- Answer general inquiries either by phone, fax, electronic media or email regarding parts pricing, availability, product features, orders and/or shipping status, product delivery discrepancies and/or proof of delivery documentation.
