The Role:

Responsible for setting and meeting weekly staffing targets and assisting restaurants with generating applications
Leverages technology such as online recruitment tools to maximize staffing opportunities
Is innovative in identifying new, effective sources for potential staffing
Develops and maintains community contacts and outside recruitment sources
Makes presentations to, and acts as a liaison with, schools, community organizations, and other alternative labour force sources
Responsible for developing and executing performance plans for high performers
Create and oversee all retention programs and activities
Participates in all relevant Job fairs

What we are looking for:

  • CHRP or equivalent designation/education preferred
  • A proactive, driven, results oriented self-starter with 5+ years of recruiting, sourcing, networking and training experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment with the ability to adjust quickly to change
