The Program Coordinator is to ensure that educations, exam, renewal and new license applications are processed effectively and that the CFP certification program is administered. Position also acts as the main contact in relation to administrative issues for all candidates/licensees/educators assigned to it.
You will coordinate all aspects of examination registration and administration under established policies and procedures ensuring complete, timely and accurate information. Develop necessary materials and ensure availability to prospective candidates. Process exam applications and fee payments, monitor eligibility requirements, create letters and records. Coordinate the administration with Pro Exam Services (PES) for exam sites, exam invigilators, special accommodation, letters, exam materials etc. Follow up on post exam results, queries, appeals and other concerns. Update database and run statistics and distribute reports as required. Communicate with candidates and the Manager, Examination Development as required.
Process license renewals as per established polices and guidelines. Ensure current renewal information is available for printing and website needs/access. Receive, sort, batch, verify and process renewal applications, ensuring database updating and all reporting requirements are met. Follow up with misdirected and/or late renewals. Communicate with candidates and colleagues/departments as required. Liaise with outside suppliers that provide materials for renewals. Run statistics and distribute reports as required.
