Main Responsibilities Includes:
Customer service and Technical support: Telephone help desk with remote access that provides IT support to end-users in dental offices. From time to time, it will also be required to work with onsite technicians remotely.
Experience with MS Access and MSSQL databases. For example, migrating data from Access to SQL or Excel to Access.
Experience with troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and software in general.
Experience with troubleshooting computer hardware.
Experience with troubleshooting basic networking.

Ability to communicate in French is an asset.
