A busy real estate office in the south part of Calgary is looking for a professional Real Estate Assistant. Reporting to the broker you will fill this full time position as Real Estate Assistant. This fast paced position requires someone who is enthusiastic, highly organized, strong attention to detail, effective time management skills, proficient with Microsoft office and customer focused. A real estate license or experience would be an assest.
*Maintain client database(s)
*Book and handle showing requests
*Data entry and information gathering
*Prepare, edit, scan, email and uploading of document(s)
*Track and maintain confidential records and files of clients
*Provide exceptional client service
*Enter and update listings in MLXchange
*Handle incoming calls and inqueries from clients
*Work with marketing outlets such as facebook, twitter, etc
*Ordering marketing and advertising materials
*Maintain lock box inventory
*Provide relief and back up for reception
*Provide relief and back up for conveyancing
*Other duties as required
*Knowledge of Microsoft office
*Excellent communication skills
*Working knowledge of social media platforms
*Ability to multi task and prioritize
*Strong time management and organization skills
*Ability to quickly learn new programs and software
*Pleasant phone manner
*Great team player
*ATTENTION TO DETAIL A MUST
*Real Estate license or related experience
*Executive Assistant experience
Vehicle is required and there is plenty of parking.
