PART-TIME FIELD MERCHANDISER

Maurice Sporting Goods, the nation’s leading distributor of fishing and hunting equipment, is looking for a part-time Field Sales Rep. Merchandisers are responsible for maximizing POS category performance through in-store merchandising activities within an assigned geographic territory. Specific responsibilities may include:

• Set/maintain plan-o-grams.
• Pull/stock freight.
• Build/maintain product displays.
• Process returns.
• Complete required paperwork.

Requirements include:

• Strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Computer/email access.
• Customer service oriented.
• Time management/organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Physical abilities associated with setting stores, stocking shelves at various heights, frequent bending at the waist, reaching and/or squatting, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Prior merchandising experience is beneficial, though not required.
