As a Sales Associate, it is your responsibility to achieve the targets set by your Manager. In your daily activities you will display operational excellence, support the OSL brand, add value to our Client and meet their business goals. You lead by example and always create an environment where team members feel valued, can grow, and function well as a team.
Responsible for achieving all key business objectives including sales, attach, customer experience and operational targets.
Follows operational guidelines to ensure compliance to all standards.
Completes all required training (Carrier, OEM, OSL, etc.) within specified timelines.
Completes weekly coaching sheets for review with Management and follows recommended course of action to further develop skills.
Ensures all scheduled shifts are completed, including clocking in/out as per guidelines.
Follows dress code guidelines for every shift and ensures the brand is appropriately represented at all times.
Completes all assigned tasked delegated by Management.
Proven clear understanding of sales and customer service fundamentals
Experience in either retail or hospitality industry where you have a working knowledge of managing cash, point of sale and inventory systems
Sales and Merchandising experience an asset
1-2 years of previous sales experience in a commission environment an asset
Strong communication and presentation skills in order to build rapport, determine customer needs and present an appropriate product solution
Strong customer service orientation
Computer aptitude and high comfort level with new technology
Physical Job Requirements
Ability to drive and travel extensively to stores day and evening
Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
Ability to stand for extensive periods of time
