All of the above review is absolutely true. I was "negatively impacted" last year. They said it was due to declining revenue. I say it might have had something to do with all the money they wasted over the last couple years for things like sending all the sales reps to North Carolina twice which had to have cost 500,000 each time and creating an auditing team to travel around the country evaluating other reps stores when the local region mgr. could have done it. One rep in Michigan was sent to Alaska twice and had 38,000 in expenses for the year. I had 9 years in while the guy who had a only a year in got to keep his job.

Everything stated is 100% true. As a former employee my experience was exactly the same. The company Behr or the temp agency doesn’t give you the decency to let you know this is a short term job. Call the 800# ask the representative how long they have been with the company. Most temps only make it a year if their lucky. If you’re looking for a permanent job with benefits don’t apply for this one.
