Assistant Store manager -
The Assistant Store Manger’s focus is on building ‘Customers For Life,’ by leading and developing a Merchandise team that provides value added experiences for our customers, and by analyzing and optimizing inventory and merchandising processes. Our training modules and service model standards ensure you’ll have all the tools you need to effectively manage inventory and point-of-sale processing functions to maximize customer satisfaction.
A genuine enthusiasm for merchandising and customer service is critical, as are strong sales analysis skills and a supportive, accountable approach to team building and training. You’ll work collaboratively with the store manager to foster a positive culture among the associates, reward and recognize achievement, and continually look for opportunities to maximize productivity, staff strengths, and sales results.
You should have strong supervisory experience in retail and be able to check all the boxes of what’s required to manage a team and a clothing store, but most importantly, we want someone with an emotional connection to the Mark’s brand and the values we stand for.
