We are a rapidly growing oil and gas company looking for a motivated, energetic, English speaking Account Payable and Office Administrator.

  • Entering and tracking all payables
  • Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management
  • Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
  • Reporting monthly and quarterly taxes
  • Reporting payroll to external provider
  • Managing 401K program
  • Preparing financial statements for owner
  • Office management responsibilities
  • Human resource duties

The ideal candidate for this position will already possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong finance skills and experience
  • Proficient in QuickBooks
  • Speak fluent English
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with advanced Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable strongly desired using complete Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and PC skills.
