Office Manager & Account Payable Markham Oil & Gas Industry -

We are a rapidly growing oil and gas company looking for a motivated, energetic, English speaking Account Payable and Office Administrator.
Entering and tracking all payables
Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management
Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs
Reporting monthly and quarterly taxes
Reporting payroll to external provider
Managing 401K program
Preparing financial statements for owner
Office management responsibilities
Human resource duties
The ideal candidate for this position will already possess the following qualifications:
Strong finance skills and experience
Proficient in QuickBooks
Speak fluent English
Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
Minimum of 5 years of experience with advanced Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable strongly desired using complete Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and PC skills.
