The people are great but the corporate management structure runs the company to suit their needs. Revenue objectives are unreasonable and the commission/bonus structure is a joke.

Good place to work temporary to gain CSR experience earn some money

If you like to gain experience in customer service specifically in fast food industry, this job is good for you! Everyday, you have to handle large amount of inbound call from customers. Sometimes you are dealing with 'good customers', but most of all, you have to hear they are yelling at your ear! If you have very good patient, this is going to be good for you!
And also, by the time you ended the call, you have to wrap up the report only 30second! better to get fast or you will ended up have to answer the next call and put them on hold to finish your previous report.
Pros
Some supervisors are very supportive, flexible hours, very good location for bus route.
Cons
Can be very stressed job! as you will hear many customers yelling and complaining to you everyday, Sometimes it s very difficult to find supervisor when you want to have escalation call, Very low salary!, too many accounts to handle.

Productive and Fun working place with Xbox

A typical Day at work is different than the others. Amazing colleagues, good service for keeping employees active, lunch and breakfast once every month, management understands employees safety and takes good care with every possible way.

Pretty standard for call centers

Working with customers complaining is not necessarily an enjoyable job. Added to that, all I can really do is take down their concerns and forward to the specific location where customers had the problem with, for them to handle the problem. It is frustrating sometimes, feeling that there is nothing I can do to help the situation. Co-workers are nice. Supervisors are always ready to help. I enjoy the lounge area. Hardest part is dealing with the customers who are expecting immediate results for their concerns.

Fun laid back work environment
Customer Service Representative (Current Employee) –  Winnipeg, MB11 January 2016
Being a customer service representative is not the most fun job, but Market Force surely makes up for the negative aspects of it, by being a supportive, understanding and compassionate employer. It is a very fun atmosphere where you are made to feel at home. My colleagues and managers are great and I really enjoy working with them.
