- Commercial real-estate background required, along with attention to detail when dealing with lease documentation, reporting and administration and leasing for their marketing department.
- This challenging position requires a well-organized leasing administrator who is has the ability to multi-task when providing, preparing or handling leasing documents, assisting with drafts and reviewing offers, amending agreements, extending agreements, subletting agreements, dealing with estoppels, to name a few.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal at all levels of management both inside and outside the organization.
- Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook (intermediate to advanced) are needed to be successful in this role. Experience with JD Edwards software is an asset.
