This position will provide support in the preparation of various legal and other documents for a well-established firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically talented individual who has excellent customer service and organizational skills, is able to work with challenging and complex documents under minimal supervision, and who enjoys being in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented environment. Responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to advanced document processing, formatting/reformatting, preparation of presentations, performance of mail merges and application of document graphics and media. The successful candidate must have an eye for detail, accuracy and excellent language/writing skills while proofing documents. The candidate will develop a thorough understanding and working knowledge of the Firm’s procedures for the production of documents from the Firm’s precendents. Also, role includes interfacing with Document Services Group.
