Marberg is recruiting for an Executive/Personal Assistant for a boutique investment management firm in a central downtown location. The ideal candidate should be enthusiast and be looking to build or continue a career within this industry. The role involves directly assisting the Vice President in managing their schedule, coordinating any special events, assisting in managing client relations, alongside assisting with some portfolio management. Together with these responsibilities you must also exercise a strong degree of organization, coordination and efficiency. You must, also, be able to use your skills and good judgment to effectively run the executive office on behalf of the Vice President and be able to confidently respond to any issues that may arise. Extensive knowledge and proficiency of software packages such as Microsoft Office is a key asset. Professional industry experience within the Investment sector is desirable.
