Bilingual Executive Administrative Assistant required to support C-Level executive and team staff in a dynamic role. Up to $70K plus benefits. The successful candidate will have responsibility and interest in the daily administration of a professional office, in addition to managing the executive’s day-to-day agenda. Main responsibilities include overall administrative activities such as handling incoming calls , email, and in person enquiries; word processing and proofreading (correspondence, reports and documents) and facilitating meetings, appointments, and teleconferences and travel arrangements. Will reconcile corporate card expenses and prepare expense reports in addition to other special projects as assigned. Must be polished, punctual, organized, and have demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy office. Excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant phone manner, typing ability, proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Explorer, Outlook) and full fluency in French and English (verbal and written) are required. Diploma in office administration or equivalent in an asset.
