M1 – The bidder must demonstrate using project descriptions that the proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) years’ experience within the last six (6) years working with hardware support in a GoC Windows environment on a local area network (secret level and un-classified).

M2 – The bidder must demonstrate using project descriptions that the proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) years’ experience within the last six (6) years working with software support in a GoC Windows environment on a local area network (secret level and un-classified).

M3 – The bidder must demonstrate using project descriptions that the proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) years’ experience within the past four (4) years installing and configuring workstations, printers and other peripherals.

M4 – The bidder must demonstrate using project descriptions that the proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) years’ experience within the past four (4) years logging and activating trouble calls regarding computer software or hardware incidents in for a GoC department. Experience with any tracking software required.

M5 – The bidder must demonstrate using project descriptions that the proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in evaluating processes and recommending IM/IT hardware and software solutions for an unclassified local area network, gathering, analyzing and taking action on client requirements.

M6 – The bidder must demonstrate using project descriptions that the proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in coordinating multiple IM/IT projects simultaneously for a GoC department.

M7 – The bidder must demonstrate using project descriptions that the proposed resource has a minimum of two (2) years’ experience supporting a local area network with a minimum of 2,000 workstations.

M8 – The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has graduated from a post-secondary education program in computer science or an Information Technology (IT) related discipline. A copy of the degree/diploma must be provided in the proposal.

M9 – The bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource is a Canadian citizen or a Permanent Resident holding a current, valid Government of Canada SECRET or higher security clearance at the date and time of the RFP bid closing. Bidders must provide the proposed resources’ full legal name, date of birth and security file number.

M10 – The bidder must provide a reference for 2 of their last projects cited in the proposal that can attest to the experience of the proposed resource and their satisfaction with the services the resource provided. Contact information must be provided.
