RN or RPN, registered with the CNO, 2 years management experience in a reitrement residence or LTC home. Responsible to train, manage and supervise resident care team. Responsibile for the provisions of quality care to residents. Must have current CPR and First Aid certificate. Must possess strong organizational skills, assessment and communication skills, knowledge of current legislation is essential. Must also possess good computer skills
