Organization design the last year has been hard on every team of the company since moving and shifting creates anxiety in a production level making that the enviroment a little tense, but the people here at your same level is fine, I guess every one is living and paddle in the same boat.
The hardest part for the job is actually all those moves making documentaiton incomplete, outdated processes and not reliable.
As BA, that is a hard task but also in the same time is a great opportunity to test your strategy and build your experience, and help your users to have a better application and a easy way to do their job.
The most enjoyable is the fact that you can work from home make that flexible to compensate work and personal life.

I enjoyed working at Manulife during my first four years. But after my manager moved to another department, everything changed when a new unknowledgeable manager was hired. Also, it was very hard to move to another department for growth, there's always politics.
Advanced Support Representative (Current Employee) – Toronto, ON – 2 May 2017
Though evolving, there is allot of thought placed in the human resource, skillsets of employees, and to find the best job placement for those skillsets. There are allot of opportunities for growth, learning, development and work life flexibility.

Plan Implementation Manager (Current Employee) – Toronto, ON – 11 April 2017
Overall a fair and great place to work. Good home work balance, ability to work from home 3 days a week. Been there for 20 years advanced slowly by personal choice, they have many departments to choose from so you can move up and around within the company.
Project Manager - Solution Delivery (Former Employee) – Kitchener, ON – 7 April 2017
Micromanagement, unrealistic processes impede large projects at every opportunity. Management not interested in actual progress on projects - just want status reports. Incapable mgt. Too many hoops. Nothing gets completed.
Property Administration Assistant (Current Employee) – Edmonton, AB – 22 March 2017
Great people to work with. Lack of proper trainings from HO. I've learned a lot from working here but the job does not compensate well. Management is all new so they're still trying to figure things out.
