They encourage fabrications and lies to cover their tail. Zero organization, they can't even get basic sales reports to be accurate. Insurance applications gone missing. Finally pursued them legally just to get my commission that was owed.

A number of organizational changes have allowed for opportunities to advance. Many challenges with day to day given all the changes and previous inefficiencies cause slow work progress but also provide opportunities to stand out. The culture has changed dramatically since I started, some to the better and some to the worse.
A great work environment, which challenges you everyday.

Despite the ongoing organizational restructuring that occurs, Manulife has an overall positive corporate culture, driven by strong values. Most roles today enable employees to work from home or utilize flexible hours to better manage their personal lives if needed. While it has become more difficult to advance internally with the constant organizational restructuring, Manulife is an overall secure company to work for and offers ample opportunities for lateral movement. The company invests generously into the employees personal health and well being. Much of the office equipment now encourages the maintenance of long term health with standing desks now available, even treadmills that enable you to work while walking at a slow speed. The companies health and dental benefits are also quite good. I would recommend this company who values work/life balance over a competitive compensation or internal growth up the corporate latter.
