- Identify and make a personal connection at the Manager / VP / Director Level with qualified prospects in a form that encourages open dialogue about their needs and goals.
- Lead and prospect generation for small to medium-sized market accounts.
- Direct sales and client relationship building.
- Coordination with Account Managers as related to client management.
- Administrative and reporting duties as related to client management.
- Consistently prospecting, pursuing and closing new business.
- Proactively seek new avenues to penetrate clients and attract prospects.
Must have proven sale's success in the high-tech or staffing fields.
