Custodian (Former Employee), Palo Alto, CA – May 3, 2012
Pros: great breaks.
We would clean the students dorms, bathrooms, vaccumed the building hall ways, clean walls and stair ways.Make everything loos spotless. Something that i learned is that as long as you work with your team members as a team it can be a fun work. My co-worker were nice and outgoing but still checked our work and tell us if something wasnt right. At first i thought everything was hard but as i got used to it it all got easier. The most enjoyable part was getting along with the team members and co-workers
Talent Management Consultant (Former Employee), St. Catharines – April 20, 2015
Manpower was a great company to work for. There was exceptional information provided through our intranet system. Their focus on organizational systems and customer service were essential for retention and growth for candidates and clients.
Driver trainer (Former Employee), Airdrie, Alberta – March 20, 2015
Pros: free lunches
Cons: list too long to type
Mismanaged by 2 (oil and gas specialists) recruiters that don't know much but just to get bodies for commission. They take 35% of your wages for getting you a job and not doing anything to help you. Empty promises of getting on with company contracted to and that is the trap in order to get you to work for Manpower. Poor benefits. No chance for advancement.

Very skill driven work environment. While being new to this field I was opened up to meeting great skilled people who taught me many skills I was unaware of. I learned about how different gas operates and how different construction gas heaters work. While performing daily general labour duties, I was ensured proper safety methods.
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee), Niagara region – October 21, 2014
Pros: can't think of any
Cons: minimal work at minimal pay
Was sent on jobs that were not appropriate for my skills. I was sent to factories and industrial settings when my background was clearly in an office setting. Was sent to work with the worst employers in the area with terrible labour relations backgrounds. The last employer I had with Manpower did it for me. I received very little training and was unsupported. I obtained employment elsewhere. This employment agency is not suited to white collar workers!!
