Our client located in Drayton Valley, is looking to fill the following maternity leave position : Administrative Clerk

While adhering to standard safety and quality operational policies and procedures, the primary functions of the Administrative Clerk position are:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Greeting and directing guests
  • Communicate with clientele and record relevant information
  • Mail distribution
  • Accounts Payable
  • Data entry
  • Complete material transfers and purchase order requests
  • Tracking of safety /driving logs
  • Ordering of office supplies
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • * Accounting background and prior office experience would be an asset
  • Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment
  • General oilfield knowledge would be an asset
  • Ability to work alone
  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence
  • Live in the general area
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Standard First aid preferred
  • Ability to mutitask in fast pace and ever changing environment
