The Manitoba Food Processors Association (MFPA) Employment Initiative is dedicated to helping our member companies by promoting the food industry, identifying and screening potential employees and maintaining a strong network of key recruitment resources. We are currently recruiting for a miller assistant for Kola, MB. As the successful candidate you will:
 Conduct daily ingredient inventory & assist in monthly inventory,
 Customer service related tasks,
 Accurately weight-out medications for production,
 Receive incoming ingredients including sampling & testing,
 Load feed trucks,
 Operate manufacturing equipment, incl. Forklift, as required,
 Mill clean-up duties,
 Assist mill co-workers & maintenance, as required,
 Other duties as assigned

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

 Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers
 Adapt to new responsibilities
 Work well under little supervision
 Shift work is a must
