Overall I found the job to be rewarding and challenging. My days were filled with opportunities for learning and skills development.
Supervisor, Winnipeg MB - August 29, 2013
A typical work day would include clinical supervision with members of my team, approval of services and supports, team/management meetings, supporting the team I was responsible to supervise. The team was hard working and conscientious; they were dedicated to the families they served and I felt privileged to be part of the team. The hardest part of the job was to 'be all things to everyone' as it was challenging to be available to everyone and to maintain an even professionalism while working with the team. The most enjoyable part of the job was when I received feedback (positive or otherwise) that let me know I was on the right 'supervisory track'.
