This is a ground floor opportunity in a new Oil & Gas company, reporting to the President. Responsibilities will include: *Optimizing production *Managing field operations *Building and maintaining facilities *Coordinating the work of consultants in drilling, completions and workovers *Strategic planning, budgeting and working with the executive in increasing profitability Candidates will possess the following: *An engineering degree *12 to 25 years of broad experience in Oil & Gas production and operations *Ideally, experience in facilities construction and operation *While drilling and completions experience is not necessary, project management in this area is required *A track record of success in a growing junior or intermediate petroleum company preferred *Self motivation, team player with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a junior company *The ability to advance to Vice President in the short term
