Mammoet Canada Western is looking for a Payroll / Human Capital Assistant to join our team. This person will be knowledgeable about compliance and all legislative requirements with payroll practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timesheets are received from administrators; printing and distributing of pay stubs; data entry; and be the face of Payroll and Human Capital branch responding to inquiries for benefits and payroll questions.
We are looking for an individual that has a high attention to detail, strong communicator, approachable, and good time management skills.
High School diploma plus 2 to 3 years of experience in an office environment. Experience in MS Office environment including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with SAP experience is an asset. Some experience in a payroll environment is an asset.
This will be a full-time position operating out of the Edmonton Head Office. Salary will be commensurate based on education and experience.
