Our Company has been established for several decades and has an excellent reputation in the industry. We are currently looking for an experienced coordinator, bilingual and independent to join our team on a full time permanent basis.


  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in administrative work as coordinator or administrative assistant;
  • Bilingual, written and spoken essential;
  • Excellent knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Agency experience an asset;

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the completion of projects with internal and outside contributors;
  • Develop and ensure timelines are respected for the various projects;
  • Logistical coordination of events;
  • Ensure the revision and layout of different types of documents;
  • Assist account manager with his different projects;
  • Provide basic administrative support;
