Responsibilities

• Rapid execution of website strategies
• Managing and creating the production of web content from design to execution and analysis
• Setting up, running and analyzing data for split testing
• Competitive keyword research & managing CPC / PPC campaigns
• On and off-page optimization for SEO
• Managing a social community and creating socially engaging content surrounding company materials
• Managing an editorial schedule and bloggers
• Running surveys, collecting data and presenting findings and suggestions
• Demonstrate technical marketing skills and company product knowledge
• Identifying target markets and develop strategies to communicate with them across social groups, websites and other mediums

Skills

• Solid knowledge of modern web languages, HTML, PHP, CSS, jQuery
• Experience in SEM / SEO on and off-page
• Have knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
• Excellent communicator
• Analytical thinker able to understand and logically parse data
• Familiar with inbound marketing strategy and techniques
• Experience in building and segmenting prospect lists, designing campaigns and segmenting markets
• Desire to work on a small collaborative team in a fast-paced startup environment
• Self-starter with initiative and interest in helping to build a successful business

Technical skills

• Experience with client-side web technologies such as PHP HTML, CSS
• Experience creating Wordpress templates & custom widgets
• Experience in analyzing data (especially Google Analytics), creating custom reports, triggers, custom variables
• Photoshop, Illustrator and web-based design

Ideally, but not required:

• 3+ years in a technical marketing role
• Marketing / Engineering degree
• Javascript & jQuery
