Pros: making friends, been able to get discount in the hotels, people that care, safe place to work
Cons: every job i guess have it cons
Gretting guest ,checking in and checking out solving complains making sure everybody leaves content and was willing to comeback.
After dealing with different people you learn that everybody wants the same (respect,atencion and a little bit of pampering,they want to feel special).
Managing people ,first you have to place yourself in their shoes and give respect ,before you can give orders.
Your co-workers become part of your family, you spend the mayority of your time with them,so you have to understand them not to judge them.
If you like what you do you don't find it hard any aspect of it.
Making people happy and seeing them come back that is a joy itself.
