Unprofessional and unorganized
Hybrid/House cleaner (Former Employee), Leduc, AB – April 2, 2013
no scheduled hours or guaranteed hours
training is not proper and no one is actual put through an education
management is catty and talks behind your back and the minute you do one thing wrong your hours get cut and you become bottom of the barrel
management has no problem breaking FOIP policy so theres no trust at this job because the minute you tell – more... the boss something personal the boss tells your co workers
the only enjoyable part of this job is the independence
co workers are good besides a couple of them who brown nose to the boss and get ahead when they should start from the bottom just like the other co workers – less

Dishonest UnOrganized, Rude, UnProfessional Management, Minimum Wage Slavery
Crew ( Cleaner) (Former Employee), Tampa FL – June 5, 2013
Pros: easy to get the job, trainer was nice ;)
Cons: minimum wage, horrible for your health ( terrible chemicals), poor lazy management, rude management, all they care about is money, lies about hours
Today was my first and last day with this horrible company. The interview went great. They sat me down and let me watch videos about what I would be doing. Well let me say, the videos were nothing like the real thing. They did not have gloves that were appropriate. They were cheap and they busted over and over. Secondly, they did not have appropriate – more... shoe covers ( like they promised in the orientation video) and they have the nerve to make you were light colored pants with white shoes. LIES. Well as my morning started I was placed with a very nice trainer but when we got to the site of the appointment, the girls in the office could not even get the order signed and verified before they wasted our time going out there. I waited for about 2 hours in a hot car and was not even paid for it. I was so mad! Then when the man had to drive a whole hour away to sign the contract, it was all down hill from there. His house was so Horrible. They make you clean human feces, dog feces and cat feces. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. In the interview the girl said I would be off by about three daily. My trainer told me that was a complete lie. They can call you any time before 4pm and assign you a job. That is so annoying and you can not refuse it or you will be fired. All the people in the office just sit and joke and work everyone else like slaves. I was highly annoyed to hear I would be paid minimum wage and they co0uld do whatever they wanted with my hours. The manager had the audacity to ask me " do you always walk off jobs"? That is not a job that is pure slavery. HORRIBLE. All they care about is their money. My health was at risk. Exposed to feces from cats, dogs and humans. If I could post pictures I would have. They should be a shame of themselves for sending people to do those kinds of jobs. NEVER AGAIN! I am happy that BRIDGE IS BURNED. After I quit I was so mentally displaced I just started walking. The head manager had the never to tell the lady I rode with to not let me use the phone in the house. They are a horrible franchise in Tampa FL. Luckily I had my own phone. They are rude, unprofessional, lazy managers. Maid Pro - Tampa FL- STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE ANY SELF RESPECT OR DIGNITY!!! – less

Terrible management
Cleaner (Former Employee), Gaylord, Mi – May 10, 2013
Pros: not being stuck in an office all day
Cons: no pay for mileage and time, tips left on checks were never recieved
Management very dishonest, very hard to plan anything when you never know if you work. Would drive all the way to the office just to be told I didn't have a clean that day.

Was a good place to work at, everyone was friendly, and management understood life issues.
Cleaner (Former Employee), Alpharetta, GA – April 19, 2013
Pros: friendly coworkers
Cons: no breaks other then driving to and from houses, no gas mileage from home to work or work to home.
Drove to work to pick up the days schedule before driving off to the houses listed. Management was always kind and would try to give you more houses on request if you needed the hours. Though some houses had been real messes, The hours required for each house was about right most of the time.

Fun workplace, productive work
Maid/Housekeeper (Former Employee), Downers Grove, IL – February 11, 2013
A typical day would be cleaning houses and being able to handle time given well. The co-workers were very nice and made work fun. The hardest part would be cleaning and making sure you have everything done that the costumer needed done. The most enjoyable part of working there was helping people out who dont have time to clean and also getting time – more... to yourself. – less

Excellent place to work
Residential Cleaning Specialist (Former Employee), Providence, RI – January 25, 2013
My typical day was showing up and getting my work orders. I learned the true meaning of clean. The management was terrific and quite personable. My co-workers were friendly and pleasant to be around. The hardest part of the job was to feel satisfied with my work as well as the most enjoyable part. To see a house go from dirty to spotless and being responsible – more... for that is very satisfying. – less

House Cleaner (Former Employee), Birmingham Alabama – December 27, 2012
I cleaned houses and learned that the little things do count. I worked with co workers who were quiet most days and the hardest part of the job was lifting.
